Training
GIBB has always encouraged a non-discriminatory recruitment policy. Our commitment to invest in education and training has led to 65% of our bursary holders categorised as PreviouslyDisadvantaged Individuals (PDI) this year.
In addition, staff undergoes continuous on-the-job training and mentorship as well as in-service training that covers technical and managerial positions.
