Ratanga Junction, the first full-scale theme park in Africa is situated at Century City on the outskirts of Cape Town.  It is set over 20 ha with more than 30 attractions to provide entertainment for the whole family.  Some of the more challenging rides are the Cobra, a suspended looping coaster, Monkey Falls, a log flume ride and Crocodile Gorge, a rapid river ride.

Navigable canals have been cut to create a number of islands linked by bridges.  Various restaurants and retail outlets are spread throughout the park.  Ratanga Junction is complimenting the Western Cape’s other tourists facilities and filling a gap in the market for interactive family adventure entertainment.
