New Distribution Centre for Spar Western Cape, including approximately 26 000 m2 dry goods store; 7 000 m2 cold stores (with freezer); 5 000 m2 regional offices, canteen and convention centre; operations offices, workshop and associated plantrooms.

The buildings are located on a 9.2 ha site, protected by electrified fences and illuminated for 24 hour operations and security.

The dry goods store includes a tunnel pick for handling smaller deliveries, and a separate chlorine store (for pool chemicals).

The services are designed to facilitate future expansion.
