GIBB was appointed for the construction of a new retail development, including a new 10 800 m2 de la Rey building store and line shops allied to the building/DIY industry.  The total construction area was 14 000 m2.

Subsequently GIBB provided engineering services when Mr Price Home was signed on as a tenant.
