GIBB has been appointed for preliminary investigations and design of all bulk and internal services for the development of a residential and business area in Beacon Bay, East London.

Design and construction of all bulk services as well as three apartment blocks (structural and electrical).


Key Features
  • The development area is ten, one hectare and consists of 35 residential units, 3 x 70 unit apartment blocks, 100 bed hotel, shopping centre and office park
  • The development is loosely styled on the Melrose Arch concept in Johannesburg and will incorporate a “live, work, play” approach to design and tenants
