GIBB/Letsunyane (Pty) Ltd Joint Venture (70% GIBB/30% Letsunyane) was appointed to provide professional consultant services for the upgrade of the road from Witteklip to Uitenhage from ±6.5 m wide to 9.8 m Class II provincial standard, including new bridges and stormwater structures.

Services include detailed design, contract documentation, site administration and supervision.
