The consultancy service involves the preparation of a Regional Spatial Development Framework and detailed implementation programme for the Greater Accra Region. The Greater Accra Region Spatial Development Framework is expected to span 20 years and provide perspectives and proposals for what kinds of development should take place, how much of it should occur, and where and how it should happen.
